How long does it take for an order to arrive and how much does it cost?
If the goods are in stock, orders are handled within 1 to 7 working days.
If not in stock, the arrival time is usually 2 to 12 weeks.
📦 S hipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination.
⏱️ Shipping times depend on the shipping company and are estimates:

Spain (peninsula): 2 to 7 business days

Other destinations: 4 to 10 business days

⚠️ IMPORTANT: During periods of high volume such as sales, promotions or special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), orders may take a little longer than usual.
Orders are always processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
What happens if there is no stock and I place an order?
Currently we have a lot of demand in the lots we offer. So that you don't have to wait and we can offer you the quality that characterizes us, we have decided to enable this function.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 12 weeks, but this may vary depending on the order and location.
Are returns accepted?
On bulk purchases, returns are not accepted unless SP VINTAGE has made an obvious error in shipping.
This does not include garments that do not meet the customer's expectations: this type of purchase is intended for resale, and may include variations in sizes, styles or brands within reason.
In case of detecting a possible error, you should contact spvintagewholesale@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order, including:

SP VINTAGE reserves the right to decide whether and in what form compensation will be made.
If a return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Once the package is received and checked that everything is in the same condition in which it was sent, a coupon for the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) may be issued to be redeemed on the website.
Are all the garments second hand and are they in good condition?
All the garments we sell are second hand and have been previously used. Something that does not mean that they are in bad condition since SP Vintage Wholesale we are characterized by offering special garments in good condition to ensure its subsequent resale.
There are 2 different grades of garments:
Grade A: Previously used garments that are in very good condition and that are unique, have a small imperfection that can be fixed or that goes unnoticed. These imperfections may be general wear marks, areas with balls or lint, a tiny stain or a small tear.
Grade B: They can be exclusive garments with a blemish (stain, hole, etc) or garments that by their own criteria do not fit in our Grade A category, due to their exclusivity. They may have some imperfection such as general wear marks, areas with balls or lint, a stain or a small tear.
Can I buy wholesale can I buy wholesale if I do not have a store or am not self-employed?
At SP VINTAGE WHOLESALE we understand that not everyone can open a store from day one. That's why one of our goals is to support those who want to get started in selling second hand clothing, regardless of their experience.
You don't need to be self-employed or have a company to buy. If you are starting out on your own, you are also welcome.

At what price can I resell the garments purchased in bulk??
The prices of the lots are carefully adjusted to generate the highest possible profit. Generally, the garments included in them may be resold for 50% to 150% more than the original price. This amount may vary depending on the size or experience of the stores.
Do I have to pay taxes and customs?
If you buy from the European Union, taxes will already be included in the price of each item and you will not have to make any additional payment when the package arrives at destination.
How can you return an item?
On bulk purchases, returns are not accepted unless SP VINTAGE has made an obvious error in shipping.

SP VINTAGE reserves the right to accept or not a return, as well as the type of compensation.
If the return is authorized
