FAQ

How long does it take for an order to arrive and how much does it cost?

If the merchandise is in stock, orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, if the merchandise is not in stock, orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the weight of the package and the destination.

Shipping times will depend on the shipping company and are approximate. In Spain (peninsula) the estimated delivery time will be 2 to 4 business days and for the rest of destinations it will be 4 to 10 business days, as long as the merchandise is in stock.

What happens if there is no stock and I place an order?

We currently have a lot of demand for the lots we offer. So that you don't have to wait and we can offer you the quality that characterizes us, we have decided to enable this function.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks, but this may vary depending on order and location.

Are returns accepted?

For wholesale purchases, returns will only be accepted if a clear shipping error has been made. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a garment being worthless, since the objective of this type of purchase is for subsequent resale. If an error has been made, you should contact the email: spvintagewholesale@gmail.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, indicating the order number and attaching the photos and evidence of the error that may have been made.

If a return is accepted, the buyer will bear the costs of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed. When we have received the package and verified that it is in the same condition as it was sent, a refund will be issued in the form of a coupon to spend on the website, deducting shipping costs.

Are all the clothes second-hand? They are in good condition?

All the clothes we sell are second-hand and have been previously worn. Something that does not mean that they are in poor condition since at SP Vintage Wholesale we are known for offering special garments in good condition to guarantee their subsequent resale.

There are 3 different grades of garments:

Grade A : Previously used garments that are in very good condition and that are exclusive, that have some small imperfection that can be fixed or that goes very unnoticed. These imperfections could be general signs of wear, areas with balls or lint, a tiny stain or a small tear.

Grade B : They can be exclusive garments with some defect (stain, hole, etc.) or garments that by their own criteria do not fit into our Grade A category, given their exclusivity. They may have some imperfection such as general wear marks, areas with balls or lint, a stain or a small tear.

Can I buy wholesale if I don't have a store or am not self-employed?

Yes. One of our objectives is to help those who want to enter the world of selling second-hand clothing since we understand that not everyone can open a store from the first moment.

Therefore, anyone who wants to get into the sale of vintage clothing is welcome at SP Vintage Wholesale.

At what price can I resell garments purchased wholesale ?

Lot prices are carefully adjusted to generate the greatest possible profit. Generally, the items included in them can be resold for 50% to 150% more than the original price. This amount may vary depending on the size or experience of the stores.

Do I have to pay taxes and customs?

If you buy from the European Union, taxes will already be included in the price of each item and you will not have to make any additional payments when the package arrives at its destination.

If you buy from outside the European Union, when the package arrives in the destination country you will have to pay the corresponding taxes, duties and customs expenses. We are not responsible for these possible expenses.
