How long does it take for an order to arrive and how much does it cost?
If the merchandise is in stock, orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, if the merchandise is not in stock, orders usually arrive within 2 to 6 weeks. Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the weight of the package and the destination.
Shipping times will depend on the transport company and are approximate. In Spain (mainland) the estimated delivery time will be 2 to 4 business days and for other destinations it will be 4 to 10 business days, provided that the merchandise is in stock.
What happens if there is no stock and I place an order?
We currently have a high demand for the lots we offer. So that you don't have to keep waiting and we can offer you the quality that characterizes us, we have decided to enable this function.
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks, but this may vary depending on the order and location.
Are returns accepted?
For wholesale purchases, returns will only be accepted if a clear error has been made in the shipment. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a garment not being suitable, since the purpose of this type of purchase is for later resale. If an error has been made, you must contact the email: spvintagewholesale@gmail.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, indicating the order number and attaching photos and evidence of any error that may have been made.
In the event that a return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. Once we have received the package and verified that it is in the same condition as when it was sent, a refund will be issued in the form of a voucher to be spent on the website, deducting the shipping costs.
Are all the clothes second hand? Are they in good condition?
All the garments we sell are second-hand and have been previously worn. This does not mean that they are in bad condition, as at SP Vintage Wholesale we are known for offering special garments in good condition to ensure their subsequent resale.
There are 3 different grades of garments:
Grade A : Previously worn garments that are in very good condition and are unique, with some minor imperfections that can be fixed or that go unnoticed. These imperfections may be general signs of wear, areas with balls or lint, a tiny stain or a small tear.
Grade B : These may be exclusive garments with a defect (stain, small hole, etc.) or garments that, by our own criteria, do not fit into our Grade A category, given their exclusivity. They may have some imperfections such as general signs of wear, areas with balls or lint, some stains or a small tear.
Can I buy wholesale if I don't have a store or am not self-employed?
Yes. One of our goals is to help those who want to enter the world of selling second-hand clothes, since we understand that not everyone can open a shop from the first moment.
Therefore, anyone who wants to get into selling vintage clothing is welcome at SP Vintage Wholesale.
At what price can I resell clothes purchased wholesale ?
Prices for bundles are carefully adjusted to generate the highest possible profit. Typically, the items included in the bundles will be able to resell for 50% to 150% more than the original price. This amount can vary depending on the size or experience of the stores.
Do I have to pay taxes and customs?
If you purchase from the European Union, taxes will already be included in the price of each item and you will not have to make any additional payment when the package arrives at its destination.
If you buy from outside the European Union, when the package arrives in the destination country you will have to pay the corresponding taxes and tariff and customs fees. We are not responsible for these possible expenses.
How can you return an item?
To proceed with a return, you must send the package to our warehouse within 14 days of the order's arrival. Any package received after this date cannot be returned.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at our offices. Once we confirm that the product is in perfect condition, we will contact you by email to process it as quickly as possible.
In this email, we will provide you with a coupon for the amount of the purchased item, which will be redeemed when placing a new order (the coupon amount will be subtracted from the total order). The cost of sending the item to our offices will be borne by the customer. We recommend always sending it by certified mail to have a tracking number proving that the package has arrived or that it has insurance in case of loss.
It is important to send an email to spvintagewholesale@gmail.com notifying of the return, as well as including the shipping number and the name to whom the return corresponds inside the package.

In case of return, we recommend that you always keep the shipping receipt as proof of the return.
